Credit and debit card payments are processed securely via Square or Paypal.

Credit Card Charges: Your credit card is charged by Square or Paypal at the time you place your order. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, your payment will be fully refunded.

Shipping Rates

Postage is charged at our Australia Post contract rates and includes signature on delivery. Rates vary based on your location and parcel weight.

Got a coupon code?
Coupon codes are entered on the cart page before checkout. Click the button above to go to your cart, then look for the "Use Coupon Code" section to apply your discount. Discounts cannot be added later if you don't enter it before checkout.

General Shipping Information

Dispatch Time Orders are dispatched within 48 hours Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, subject to stock availability.
Delivery Time Australia Post delivers 1–14 days after dispatch depending on your location. Perth metro deliveries are typically next day.
Fresh Batches As our products are freshly made, dispatch may occasionally be delayed until a fresh batch is ready. We will notify you if this affects your order.

Carriers & Delivery

We use the following carrier to deliver your order:

  • Australia Post — Signature on Delivery (someone must be present to sign, or a card/txt notification for collection at your local post office)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, Australia Post will provide a tracking number. We will update your order with this tracking information and email it to you.
